He has ventured into the environmental area since 1992, and has been a partner and promoter of companies related to aquaculture production and environmental consulting. Arturo is a Marine Biologist graduated from the UABCS and a Subject Professor at the same university, teaching subjects related to water management and science, environmental education and environmental impact assessment. He has a Master of Science degree and a Doctorate in Marine and Coastal Sciences with a focus on Sustainable Management from the UABCS. He has extensive experience in preparing and evaluating environmental studies.
